MYSPACE LOGIN SCAMS

Problem:
The screen shot below shows and example of a fake bulletin. The first sign of a fake bulletin could be spotted even before you open a bulletin. The subject of a fake/scam bulletin usually has a group of numbers or letters that DO NOT belong in the sentance at all.

Solution:
As you can see below, Its really obvious and you should not open any bulletins with this type of thing in the subject

Problem:
With the screenshot below you can see a way to prevent clicking on things and being sent to places you dont want to be sent too. If you look in the circles you will notice that there are 2 links and they go to 2 different sites. You think thats an accident? Its not. They are trying to lead you to their site where they will attempt to steal your Myspace Login Information.

Solution:
There is a way to see if the link you are pressing is a safe link. All you have to do is hover ( place over) your mouse over the link you are about to click. Keep it there and look at the bottom of the window. The link will show up on the bottom. If it is a different link or a weird URL, then DONT CLICK IT !! Easy right??

Problem:
This screenshot below shows what scammers like to do. They make their own website and they code it so it looks EXACTLY like a Myspace Login Page. They want you to think its a Login page so that you put your information into the fields. When you do this, they have your information and will store it for later use.

Solution:
When you sign into your Myspace account, look up at the top of your window to make sure that the page you are on is infact a Myspace page. Below on the screenshot you can see that the URL is definatly NOT a Myspace link. This is the Scam and you need to watch it!
